A Florida retailer says the ban on asking for proof of vaccinations is making it hard to run her business.

Bead Abode is suing the state surgeon general and the Florida Department of Health over the statute preventing businesses from asking customers to prove they’re vaccinated, according to the Herald-Tribune.

Abode sells beads and craft supplies in Sarasota.

Her lawsuit argues that the nature of her business requires close contact among people for as long as two hours at a time, so it makes sense to have a vaccine requirement.
